Auction Terms & Conditions Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using Hessney bid cards, placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place first bid: **PICK UP- Wednesday, April 17 3:00 - 5:00 pm Visa, Master Card, Discover. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on all purchases. ** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed. ** Local Pick up Only- Items must be picked up on the stated pick up day- you the buyer agrees to this when placing your bids.NO EXCEPTIONS. Hessney Auction Co will not be bringing any item back to our facility no matter the size.
